Poacher Catcher offers a viable solution to intruder detection and alert, without any of the drawbacks of conventional systems. It is a small, battery operated self-contained unit which will monitor an area 24 hours a day. If an intruder is detected, Poacher Catcher will silently telephone one or more designated recipients so that appropriate action can be initiated immediately.

Using a PIR sensor, Poacher Catcher will be activated by a moving body or vehicle. We have specifically designed Poacher Catcher to have a reduced angle of detection so small animals should go undetected. Moving vegetation will not activate the unit.

Poacher Catcher is pre-programmed by us prior to dispatch with up to 4 phone numbers. These numbers will be called in sequence within 50 seconds of activation.

These numbers can be changed at any time by the user via text message.

We install Poacher Catcher with a pay-as-you-go SIM card, which will have approximately £8 credit. SIM cards from any mobile network can be supplied. Again, this SIM card can be changed at any time by the user.

Poacher Catcher requires minimal user setup. The unit is positioned correctly using the hidden ‘walk test’ light and then goes live 2 minutes later. Your Poacher Catcher can then be left in position until you receive a text alerting you to the fact that the rechargeable battery is running low.

Poacher Catcher should be positioned approximately 5 ½ foot high. At this height, small mammals such as foxes and small deer with go undetected.
